CHIEF OFFICER - FISHERIES, LIVESTOCK & VETERINARY SERVICES

Dr Alphanus Mokaya Osoro is the Chief Officer for Fisheries, Livestock & Veterinary Services in the department of Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries & Co-operative Development.

Previously, he served as Director Veterinary Services in acting capacity. He had a brief stint at the Kenya Veterinary Laboratory before joining the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries Development.

He holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Nairobi.
